Hi! I'm Chase
I'm a Highschooler at SCVi and I have a passion for fitness. My love for working out started as a hobby when I wanted to get into better shape, but I learned to love the process. Throughout my two and a half years of training, I have been educating myself about how to get/stay in shape. I thought it would be a grand idea to educate others like myself, who want to achieve a certain level of physical health. So I contrived a plan to create a website to aid others in their fitness journey. I work out five days a week and always try to keep a balanced diet.

My Goals for Fitness
I first started to work out when I was 13 and I wanted to lose some weight and get into better shape. As time passed, working out became therapeutic and I enjoyed learning about what was going on in my body and what would make me improve. I made a lot of mistakes when I first started and it has helped me learn a lot. My favorite fitness influencer is Will Tennyson because he is very well educated and has a great sense of humor. And on the right, is my mentor Gina Lombardi. As of right now, my goals are to lower my body fat percentage while maintaining my lean muscle mass. I spent a large portion of my free learning and educating myself on physical health so I am excited to show what I have learned.
My Mentor
My mentor is Gina Lombardi is a personal trainer and has written a book on fitness. She has over eighteen years of experience and is one of the kindest and bubbly people I know. She is an HONORS GRADUATE from the University of Pennsylvania in Dental Hygiene/Health Science and holds certifications in personal training from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) & Univ. of So. Cal at Los Angeles. In addition, Gina has achieved certificates in Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning and Weight Management. She is an accomplished Stunt Woman and is proficient in Kickboxing, Boxing, Weight Lifting, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, and many other sports.
